1.Monthly Dues. To help pay for operational expenses (i.e. Guards, land taxes,light, water & phone bills, chapel, maintenance, repair). a monthly homeowner dues is collected starting from the month of building construction.
2. Car-port. Building Code requires parking space for every house constructed.
3. Set-Back. Setback (Front,Rear, and Side) shall be a minimum of 2m. If a setback narrower than 2m. is desired, a firewall must be ereced.
4. Building Height Limit. Maximum of 9.5m measured from the sidewalk level.
5. Height of Front Wall. The height of the concrete wall of front fence must not exceed 1.5m, in order to preserve an open appearance of the area.
6. Parking. Vihicles must not block roads, because it will hamper traffic during emergencies. Vihicles owners should always cooperate with neighbors to prevent obstructive parking from becoming a frequently recurring problem.
a. Cars should be parked inside owner’s carport, not on sidewalk.
b. If sidewalk parking cannot be avoided, cars should be parked as far up the sidewalk as possible.. Double parking on roads should be avoided.
7. Stock - pilling of construction materials. To avoid road blockage (due to stock- pilling of sand, gravel, CHB, etc) the following remedies should be observed:
a. Stock- pilling or concrete mixing is never allowed on the street.
b. Stock - pilling should be done only within the home-owner’s lot area.
c. But if lot owner needs more area, he may utilize the area of his own sidewalk. Provided that he fences the stock- pile with a GI. sheet or a wall of hollow blocks.
d. And if lot-owner still needs more area, he should find a way to contact the owner of the adjacent lot, to get permission to use that area for stock- pilling.

Song for Typhoon "Ondoy"
October 17, 2009These video shown the recent anslaught of typhoon “Ondoy”, many part of Luzon particullarly tha eastern manila were sumerged in flood brought by continues rains and massive flash floods..The areas in the lower places have experience heavy flashflood which destroyed houses and bussiness establishment and even claimed many lives.Victims and suvivors of the typhoon Ondoy have experience different situation during th calamity;while some have been lucky enough to have survive with minimal damage at the hieght of the typhoon rage,many are lose thousands and even million of pesos worth of personal belongings and investment was damage by typhoon…but it was a calamity that is unexpeted as typhoon Ondoy is a relatively weak storm compared to the past years, but this is the critical situation in the years pass.Many thing that I should learn in these situation…and only God we can help for us!
My Plan after Graduation
October 16, 2009My plan after my graduation,I go to church to pray for everything that we grace from God to overcome the trials & sacrifices,thanks for make me strong to face the problem…and then after that i want to celebrate with my friends, I want to say my warmest thank you for all my friends for 2 years that we shared happiness and sadness moment, like sharing with personal problem, lovelife etc…I am a person i most value the friendship thats why i want to celebrate with my friends, its hurt to say goodbye my friends i will miss you,text text ha! or send me an email.Dont forget me if you there na ha! Im the bridesmade or ninang for your wedding ha!,,because i know everyone was looking a job or work after graduation,,,and Im planning to work abroad soo i want to enjoy the moment that we saw each other…!Good luck everyone! I will miss you all…i love you! And to all my instructor,thank you soo much for sharing your knowledge for your students.It will help us to find job and apply at work.For my parents thank you soo much for supporting not only for financial aspect,but for everything you’ve done for me.I love You!!!

This picture is taken during our speech choir in English subject. A lot of preparation from the custume,practice everyday,and our props..but its enjoy because of cooperation of each other.,,but sometimes during the practice other was late to come during the practice session..about the custume,,we decided to print t-shirt for the unity of each member..and also we plan the style or print of our t-shirt entitled “As I walked Out One Evening“the title of our speech…Many classmate says that our t-shirt is nice print,and he like it.During our speech we are all nervous,other was not very good in memorized his part of the speech, but it succeed even theres litle error…I post these picture because no choice eh! it’s hard to select the best photo of yours if you have not a personal cam,or usb…hehe,,,joke!.We will miss you guy! 1. Do not apply at recruitment agencies not licensed by POEA.
2.Do not deal with licensed agencies without job orders.
3.Do not deal with any person who is not an authorized representative of a licensed agency.
4.Do not transact bussiness outside the registered address of the agency.If recruitment is conducted in the province,check if the agency has a provincial recruitment authority.
5.Do not pay more than the allowed placement fee.It should be equivalent to one month’s salary, exclusive of documentation and processing costs.
6.Do not pay any placement fee unless you have a valid employment contract and an official receipt.
7.Do not be enticed by ads or brochures requiring you to reply to Post Office(P.O.)box,and to enclose payment for processing of papers.
8.Do not deal with training centers and travel agencies, which promise overseas employment.
9.Do not accept a tourist visa.
10.Do not deal with fixers.

I like a lot of the design bits you’ve put in your site.For addtition about typhoon Ondoy and the present typhoon Pepeng in luzon area was affect on their houses specially their livelihood and many company where closed temporarily because of the flashflood ,many people where died and lost of their houses,in these situation he evacuate in some higher places where not affected in typhoon and flashflood.These time we need our help to sustain,most of all the food and shelter for the victims of typhoon.Thank you very much sir for sharing your knowledge about blogging I also encourage to earn money through blogging…hehe,thanks a lot sir!
